SAFETY RULES/INSTRUCTION FOR TOOL KING USA CORP.

CUSTOMERS WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
REMEMBER: YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
      
1.FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING THE BLOWER
2.KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. ALL children should be kept a safe distance from the blower. Do not allow children to use as a toy.
3.Follow all wiring codes and recommended electrical connections.
4.NEVER STAND ON BLOWER. Serious injury could occur if the blower is tipped.
5.Unplug the blower from the outlet when the blower is NOT in use.
6.ALWAYS plugging the blower, then turn on the switches.
7.ALWAYS make sure switch in off position before plugging in the blower.
8.If the blower gets wet, and water is inside blower, drain the water out of the blower and allow blower to dry thoroughly before resuming operation.
9.TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, do not use on wet surfaces. Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
10.DO NOT handle the plug or blower with wet hands.
11.DO NOT pull the blower by the power cord. NEVER allow the power cord to come in contact with sharp edges, hot surfaces, oil or grease. DO not place anything over the top of the power cord.
12.DO NOT unplug the blower by pulling on the power cord. ALWAYS grasp the plug, not the cord.
13.REPLACE a damaged cord immediately. DO NOT use a damaged cord or plug. If the blower is not operating properly. Or has been damaged, call Tool King USA Corp. 909-524-0888 for service advise.
14.DO NOT insert fingers or foreign objects into the blower. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from the blower.
15.MAINTAIN BLOWER IN TOP CONDITION. Please don´t throw the blower.
16.Ensure that the power source is sufficient for the blower.
17.Don´t look into the discharge outlet of the blower. Foreign object may become dangerous projectiles.
18.This blower is to be operated with only the proper safety guards in place to prevent persons and objects from contacting the revolving blower wheel. Any other use voids the warranty and creates unsafe conditions.
19.NEVER OPERATE THE UNIT WITHOUT SAFETY GUARDS IN PLACE.
20.Inspect the unit carefully before each use. If the unit appears to have damage, repair or replace prior to use.

One Year Limited Warranty
Tool King U.S.A. Corporation will repair or replace, at its expense and at its potion, any Tool King U.S.A. Corporation blower, blower parts, or blower accessory which in normal use has proven to be defective in workmanship or material, provided that the customer returns the product prepaid to Tool King U.S.A. Corporation service center with proof of purchase of the product within one year and provided Tool King U.S.A. Corporation with reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect by inspection and repair or replacement. Tool King U.S.A. Corporation WILL NOT responsible for any asserted defect, which has resulted form normal, wear, misuse, abuse or repair or alteration made or specifically authorized by anyone other than Tool King U.S.A. Corporation. Under no circumstances will Tool King U.S.A. Corporation be liable for incidental or consequential damaged resulting from defective products. This warranty is Tool King U.S.A. Corporation sole warranty and sets forth the customer´s exclusive remedy, with respect to defective products; all other warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or other wise, are expressly disclaimed by Tool King U.S.A. Corporation.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Tool King USA Corp. will cover the freight charges for the first 30 days with proved of purchase. When the customer call for a warranty, Tool King USA Corp will send the freight company to pick up the same or the next day. All warranty freight service provided by Tool King USA. Corp is ground service.
Tool King USA Corp will not cover any freight charges if we picked a warranty blower that is perfect functioning from any customer. Due to heavy-duty usage of this industry, plug is covered by warranty for three months.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTION
1.  Ensure that the power supply exceeds the requirement of the blower for safe operation.
2.   The power cord is equipped with a three-prong plug that must be inserted into a matching receptacle. Do not remove or cut off the ground prong off the plug.
3.   To reduce the risk of fire of electrical shock, do not use this fan with solid-state speed control devices.
4.   Extension cords must be UL listed for outdoor. Cords up to 50 feet 14-3. Cords up to 100feet 12-3.
5.   If electric cord gets damaged, replace immediately.
6.   Unplug the electric cord before cleaning or servicing.
 
WARNING:
USE OF A THREE PRONG TO TWO PRONG ADAPATER IS NOT RECOMMENDED IMPROPER CONNECTION MAY CREATE THE RISK OF ELECTRICUTION. USE OF SUCH ADAPTERS IS PROHIBITED IN CANADA.
      
WARNING: DO NOT DEPEND ON ANY SWITCH OF OTHER CONTROLLING DEVICE AS THE ONLY MEANS OF DISCONNECTING POWER WHEN INSTALLING OF SERVICING OF THE TOOL KING BLOWER. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN ELECTRIC SHOCK. THIS COULD BE FATAL.
