Dear Customers,
We are proud to serve the community with our innovative line of Air Eagle brand portable blowers. We are also happy to inform you that our products are covered by Multiple U.S. Patents, including at U.S. Patent No.6,655,926 U.S.Design Patent No. D 481,116 (copies enclose), and other pending Patent applications.
It has recently come to our attention that there are infringers who offer cheaper imitations of portable blower covered by our patents and pending Patent applications. This person is given Tool King a bad reputation we Tool King considers such conduct to be infringement of our right, we intend To full assert our rights, to stop all unlawful infringements. There for we are already taken
all legal action on this infringing company.
This letter is a friendly reminder that you should be careful in choosing your portable blowers, so as not to inadvertently traffic in infringing products. We also ask for your assistances. If you notice any infringer selling portables blower that look like they may fall under the scope of the patents above.
